The IVVCC is fully committed to protecting the privacy of users of our website and complying with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation effective 25th May 2018.
We collect email, phone and address on new members and membership renewal forms and on all events entry forms for IVVCC events. These contact details are held for a three year period and, with our members consent, are used to distribute entry forms, event information and general club information and our quarterly IVVCC News.
In addition, with our members consent, we use photographs of people and people with their cars to enhance our website and promote events on our website.
This information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any third party for any reason whatsoever, without our members consent.
The IVVCC takes its data security responsibilities seriously and will take all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or misuse of personal information provided by our members and event entrants to the Club. However, internet transmissions, by their very nature, cannot be completely secure and the IVVCC has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for loss or damage which may be occasioned by a third party interception of your information nor does the IVVCC offer any guarantees or indemnities as to the security of any information volunteered.
