SPRING Run_ENTRY FORM 2024

We are happy to announce that our 2024 SPRING RUN will take place on Saturday, 20th April and is open to all members of the IVVCC and our Affiliate Clubs. This event is catering for all classes of cars eligible for IVVCC events, i.e. vehicles from the dawn of motoring, up to 1994. We welcome members with Youngtimer cars, i.e., up to 2004 on this event.

This event is being organised by Declan Grogan and Kieran White and it promises to be a great opportunity to enjoy a spring run around the plains of Kildare, journeying through some lovely unexplored countryside. 

On Saturday morning 20th April, registration will be held at the Johnstown Garden Centre, Naas, Co. Kildare – Post Code: W91 PH2A from 9.30am to 10.30am where car parking will be reserved and the café will have refreshment options from which to choose. 

The first car MUST be away by 10.30am, and will be travelling through varied and mostly quiet countryside arriving at our destination The Lullymore Heritage & Discovery Park – (Post Code: R51 E036) – for a guided tour of their enhanced facilities, followed by lunch and trophy awards. 

We would encourage as many people as possible to take their cars out on this first event of 2024 as it is a leisurely social run with plenty of time to catch-up and chat. 

The cost of the event will be €50 per car, for two people; €30 per car with one person; all additional passengers will be €20 per person – to include car number plate, route book, guided tour and lunch of soup, sandwiches and tea/coffee. 

Trophies will be awarded to the most popular car in Class B – pre-1940; Class C – 1941- 1964 and Class D – 1965-1994 and Voting Slips should be returned to the Organisers by 1.00pm.

Closing date for entries will be Friday, 12th April 2024 and late entries may not be accommodated.
