IRISH VETERAN & VINTAGE CAR CLUB

Dear IVVCC Members
We are looking forward to being able to hold a social car run, specifically confined to our IVVCC and ARM members, on Saturday, 24th July. This will be an opportunity to meet socially, carefully distancing and being mindful of restrictions currently in place.
The event will commence in:
Texaco – Harviestown Filling Station
Junction 12 on the N11 – A63 RW02
The first car is due to leave Texaco at 11.30am.
Fuel, good refreshments and toilets will be available at the start.
The route will not be more than 30 MILES and shall be defined by tulip diagrams and written instruction, meandering through the Summer Wicklow countryside and ending with a “mystery” destination where we can all enjoy our own picnic, with ample space for social distancing, with both hard standing and grassland area and access to toilet facilities. We will provide an interesting and challenging Quiz to test the brain memory bank!! The mystery picnic site location will be disclosed along the route.
This event is for cars from 1900 to 1991 and in recognition of your continued membership through this COVID-19 period it is a complimentary event for all 2021 IVVCC members.
We will require everyone who plans to take part in the event to pre-register online on www.ivvcc.ie or you can download the pdf here and email to [email protected] by Wednesday 21st July at 5.00pm. Once we receive the registration we will forward a COVID-19 declaration form, which will need to be copied and completed by all drivers and passengers and must be handed in at the start of the event.
